Everyone seems to have a favorite time of the year… mine is Spring. There’s just something about budding trees, warmer weather and bluebird eggs ready to hatch that makes my heart leap with excitement! Spring seems to celebrate new life, renewal and hope.
Creation reflects its Creator…the giver of life itself.
Easter is celebrated as the pivotal time in history when God’s love reached down to fallen man by sending Jesus, the Promised Messiah, to redeem us and give us eternal life. Jesus not only died in our place, He came back to life and was victorious over death! Let’s celebrate this new life and hope—the hope of eternal life through Jesus’s death and resurrection….the new life that we are given when we put our faith and trust in Him.
Jesus is Risen and has given us new life! Hallelujah! Happy Easter!
